In February 2006, the staff of Deadly Hippos initiated a worldwide call for animals. We were looking for warriors, gladiators, to be contestants in the first ever Imaginary Animal Steel Cage Match tournament. The field was grand; we had animals from every species known to man. In March, when the final 16 had been determined, the editorial staff turned to its readers for their decision: who will win? The results were extraordinary, and they are yours to peruse below.
